We want you to love your personalised SweSocks. That's why every order is covered by our Reprint Guarantee: if something goes wrong on our side, we make it right, at no cost to you.
What's covered
- Print errors and manufacturing defects
- Colours or print quality clearly below our normal standard
- Damage during transit
- Wrong design or size compared to your order
- Parcels confirmed lost
Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a few photos. We'll send you a new pair free of charge, including tracked shipping, or a full refund if you prefer.
Made a mistake with your order?
Chose the wrong photo, colour or size? Contact us right away. If production hasn't started, we'll correct your order for free. Once production has begun we can't stop it, but we'll always do our best to find a solution.
A great photo makes a great pair
We print exactly the photo you upload. Bright, sharp photos where the face is clearly visible give the best result. Dark, blurry or low-resolution photos can't be printed sharper than the original, so this isn't covered by the guarantee. Take a minute to read our photo guide before you order.
