This website is operated by Lundbergs HT AB (company reg. no. 559453-7713), Ekängsvägen 4, 544 93 Hjo, Sweden, under the brand SweSocks. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lundbergs HT AB / SweSocks. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies referenced here, including our Shipping, Returns & Refund and Privacy policies.
These terms apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or have consent from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
2. Personalised products and your content
- By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You grant us a limited right to use the content solely to produce and deliver your order.
- We may refuse or cancel orders containing content that is offensive, illegal or infringes third-party rights. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Shipping, import VAT and duties
Orders are shipped as small parcels from outside the EU/EEA. You, the customer, are the importer of the goods. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery according to the rules of your country. Such charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer. 4. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the service without our written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or current.
6. Prices and products
Prices and products may change without notice. We do our best to display colours and designs accurately, but appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit sales to certain regions and to discontinue products at any time.
