Refund Policy

1) Personalized printed products

Because each sock is made completely uniquely according to your own choices – such as image, motif, text and color – the product is not covered by open purchase, exchange or right of withdrawal according to EU consumer regulations for custom-made and personalized goods.

This means that an order cannot be cancelled or returned once it has been placed, regardless of the reason. The same conditions also apply to campaigns and SALE products. Personalized products cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from normal return and cancellation processing.

However, this does not affect your rights in the event of errors, shortages or damage during transport. If something has gone wrong in production, if the print does not match your order or if the product has been damaged during delivery, we will of course help you further.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will make an individual assessment and ensure that we find the best solution for you.


2. Faulty product, damaged item or printing error

If you believe you have received an incorrect item – for example:

-wrong size
-wrong motive
-production errors in printing
-damages incurred during transport
-a product that does not match the order

...then we will of course replace you with new socks.

In these cases you need to contact us within 48 hours from the date you received your order, along with pictures showing the defect. Once the complaint is approved, we will either send a new product or offer another solution.


3. Responsibility for uploaded images

When you place an order, we use exactly that photo you upload. It is therefore important that the image follows our guidelines:

-good lighting (not backlit)

-clear details

-high enough resolution

-the subject is visible and not too dark

Images that are dark, blurry or low resolution may result in the design on the socks being unclear. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

We always try to fulfill the customer's wishes (t.ex. notes in the order), but we cannot guarantee special edits that change expressions, add details, or adjust motifs not present in the original image.

**Note**

The example images on our website are created from high quality photos. The result of your product is directly affected by the quality of the image. Unfortunately, poorer image quality results in a worse print result and is not considered a valid complaint.

The right to refuse orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the image cannot be used or if production cannot be carried out.


Here's how:

1. Contact us within 14 days from the moment you received the package: 💌 Support form

2. Attach order number and clear photos (entire product + close-up of the defect/damage + outer packaging if damaged).

3.Wait for our response – we will normally get back to you within 48 hours .

When your complaint is approved:

-We always send out a new pair
or

-Make a refund to it original payment method within 10 working days .
