At SweSocks we want your order to be delivered safely, smoothly and as quickly as possible. Here you will find information about shipping, delivery times, tracking and how we handle deliveries.
SweSocks is a Swedish brand with customer support, administration and parts of the business based in Sweden.
Our products are manufactured at carefully selected international production partners with a focus on quality and reliability.
All orders are handled according to our Swedish quality requirements and internal guidelines.
1. Shipping cost
We offer always free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value and destination.
No shipping costs are added at checkout.
2. Delivery method
According to our shipping policy, the package is delivered first. directly to the mailbox or to the door.
If this is not possible – for example if the package is too large or if delivery cannot be carried out by the postman – the shipment will instead be left with nearest post office or delivery point. You will then receive a notification when the package is ready for pickup.
We collaborate with established and reliable shipping companies, including:

The shipping method is selected automatically based on your address and the conditions of the shipment, to ensure the smoothest delivery possible.
4. Manufacturing, delivery time & tracking
Because our products are personalized, each order is made to order.
-Production time: normally 2–5 working days
-Delivery time after the package is shipped: approximately 5–12 business days, depending on destination
The total normal delivery time for personalized socks is therefore approximately 5–17 business days from order.
Orders may be shipped directly from manufacturers or distribution centers, which may affect delivery times in some cases. During peak periods, such as Black Week and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Delivery times listed are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, and you can follow the delivery via our tracking page (https://swesocks.com/apps/17TRACK) or directly with the shipping company. If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam folder.
6. Customs & VAT
-Within Sweden, there is no customs duty or import VAT.
-For international deliveries, the recipient country's rules for import VAT, customs or other fees may apply.
Any import costs are decided by the recipient country and are beyond SweSock's control.
7. Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up on time and returned to us, administrative fees may apply.
