Quick overview
- Personal products: No right of withdrawal/open purchase or exchange (according to EU regulations, goods manufactured to the customer's specifications are excluded).
- If something goes wrong: Misprint, defective product or damage in shipping → free replacement product or full refund .
- Notify us within 14 days from the receipt and attach pictures that clearly show the error/damage .
- Return shipping: If we ask you to send the goods back in the event of an approved complaint, SweSocks for the return shipping.
- Delivery time && manufacturing: Each pair is made to order (2–5 business days), delivery 7–12 business days.
1) Personally printed products (the main part of our range)
Because every sock manufactures uniquely according to your choices (image/motif/text/color) applies no open purchase, right of exchange or right of withdrawal according to EU consumer rules for custom-made/personalized goods .
This affects not your rights at error, shortage or transport damage – see point 2.
2) Errors, defects or transport damage (complaint)
About your product:
- has misprint or manufacturing defect , or
- is damaged upon delivery , or
- you get wrong item ,
then we will fix it.
Here's how:
- Contact us within 14 days from the moment you received the package: support@swesocks.com .
- Attach order number and clear photos (entire product + close-up of the defect/damage + outer packaging if damaged).
- Wait for our response – we will normally get back to you within 24 hours .
Our actions (you normally choose):
- Free replacement product , or
- Full refund to the original payment method.
If we need to be sent back you will get a prepaid return shipping label We will then be responsible for the return shipping.
3) Substitutions
For personalized printed products, we cannot offer traditional exchanges.
If you want to change the motif/size/color after placing an order, you must new order be made (if production has not already started, we can sometimes stop the order - contact us immediately).
4) Returns for non-personalized products (if/to the extent such were sold)
For standard goods without personalization, the following applies: 14-day right of withdrawal from the reception.
The item must be unused , in original condition and in original packaging with any tags remaining.
Contact support@swesocks.com before you send anything – we will send instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Please note that in the event of a return without a defect in the product, returned deducted or debited as instructed.
(This point only applies if we sell non-personalized items. For personalized socks, point 1 applies.)
5) Refunds
When your complaint/return is received and approved :
- Refund will be made to original payment method within 10 working days .
- Your bank/card issuer may need extra time to complete the transaction.
- Has it been more than 15 working days since we approved your refund? Please contact us. support@swesocks.com .
6) Non-returnable items
- Personalized socks (unless there is an error/damage/shortage).
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
