Shipping policy

At Swesocks we want your order to be delivered safely, smoothly and as quickly as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping options, delivery times and how we handle your packages.

Swesocks is a Swedish company with customer support, administration and other operations based in Sweden. In order to offer competitive prices and a wide range, manufacturing of certain products takes place at carefully selected partners outside Sweden. All orders are handled according to our Swedish quality requirements and guidelines.


1. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders over 399 kr

  • For orders under 399 SEK, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

  • We offer shipping within Sweden and internationally.


2. Delivery method

We cooperate with established and reliable shipping companies, such as:

  • PostNord

  • DHL

  • EarlyBird

  • Instabox && Budbee (upon availability)

The shipping method is automatically selected based on your address to ensure the smoothest and fastest delivery.


3. How your order is delivered

Your package is usually delivered:

  • directly to the mailbox

  • to the door

  • or to the nearest agent if the package is too large or cannot be delivered in any other way

You will receive a notification when the package is on its way and when it is available for collection at a representative.


4. Delivery times

Our normal delivery time is:

  • 5–15 business days, depending on product and destination

Since production takes place at our international partners, orders are shipped directly from manufacturers or distribution centers, which may mean slightly longer delivery times. This also allows us to offer better prices and a wider product range.

During peak seasons such as Black Week and Christmas, handling times may be affected.


5. Order processing && tracking

  • Orders are normally shipped within 24–48 hours

  • Once the package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track the delivery via our tracking pages or directly with the shipping company.

  • If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.


6. Customs && VAT

  • Within Sweden, customs fees may apply.

  • For international orders, the recipient country's rules for import VAT and fees may apply.

Any import costs are beyond swesocks' control.


7. Unclaimed packages

If the package is not collected on time and returned, administrative fees may apply.
Please contact us if you need help extending the pickup time.


8. Problems with delivery?

If something seems wrong with your shipment, for example if the package:

  • is delayed

  • missing updates

  • seems to be stuck

  • or if you need help with tracking
