We want you to love your personal SweSocks.
That's why we have a safe and simple guarantee that means you as a customer are never left without a solution if something goes wrong.


Factory defect & incorrect pressure

If we discover – or if you notify us – that the print, color or quality deviates from what is normal or reasonable, then we will replace you with a new pair at no extra cost.
We always stand for production and traceable shipping upon redelivery.

As the product is personalized and made specifically for each order, we cannot offer refunds for minor discrepancies, but we always re-produces and does the right thing until you get a result that meets our quality requirements.


Klarna disputes

If a Klarna dispute is opened before your replacement product has been shipped:

  • We send documentation to Klarna showing that the product is personal and that redelivery has already begun.

  • Klarna normally accepts redelivery as a solution.

  • You as a customer don't need to do anything – our support handles the process for you.

In short: even in the event of disputes, we ensure that you receive your product correctly.


If the customer accidentally chooses the wrong image/color

If you accidentally chose the wrong color, image, or size:

  • Contact our support directly.

  • If production has not started, we will of course try to correct the order free of charge.

  • If production has already started or been completed, we cannot stop the process, but we always do our best to find a solution.
