Important things to know before designing your socks 🧦
To get the best possible print, we recommend the following:
Choose a bright and clear image
Dark images can be harder to see in print. Is the subject t.ex. For a dark animal, you can lighten the image a little in your mobile phone's editing tools.
Think about the contrast
Avoid dark motifs on dark sock colors. A lighter sock makes the motif much more visible.
Use a sharp, good quality image
The clearer the original image, the better the print will be.
Avoid zooming in the design tool
It is better to choose an image where the subject is already zoomed in. Zooming in afterwards can reduce the quality of the image and make the print less sharp.

Order & Design
Do I need to crop or edit the image myself?
No! You can upload the image exactly as it is. Our system will automatically remove the background and adjust the image so it looks good on the sock.
How do I place an order?
- Choose the type of socks you want.
- Upload an image (or several) directly on the product page.
- Position the face or subject as you want.
- Add to cart and complete the purchase.
We'll take care of the rest – your design is automatically printed on the socks!
Can I add text on the socks?
Yes! On some models you can enter your own text directly on the product page, for example a name, a joke or a greeting.
I want to order several pairs - can I make different motifs on the same order?
Of course! Just add each pair separately to the shopping cart with the motif you want for each.
I never received an order confirmation?
The order confirmation is always sent automatically. to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be because:
• the email address was misspelled
• the email has ended up in spam or among promotions
Please start by searching for “SweSocks” in your inbox and check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact us and we will help you check the order and correct the email address if necessary.
I see the wrong design in my order confirmation - is my design wrong?
Sometimes the order confirmation may show a general model image of the product instead of the personal design you have created. This means not that something is wrong with your order.
Your uploaded image and selected design are correctly saved in the order and used in production, although the order confirmation may sometimes show a default image.
If you have received an image attached to the email showing your actual design, you can use that as a basis.
If something still feels uncertain, you are always welcome to contact our support and we will help you double-check. 💛
Delivery & Production
Manufacturing, delivery time & tracking
Because our products are personalized, each order is made to order.
-Production time: normally 2–5 working days
-Delivery time after the package is shipped: approximately 5–12 business days, depending on destination
The total normal delivery time for personalized socks is therefore approximately 5–17 business days from order.
Orders may be shipped directly from manufacturers or distribution centers, which may affect delivery times in some cases. During peak periods, such as Black Week and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Delivery times listed are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, and you can follow the delivery via our tracking page (https://swesocks.com/apps/17TRACK) or directly with the shipping company. If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam folder.
How do I see the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Haven't received it? Check your spam folder – sometimes it ends up there.
Where are your products manufactured?
SweSocks is a Swedish brand and it is here in Sweden that our socks are designed and customer support is provided.
To offer personalized products to customers worldwide, we work with carefully selected international production and logistics partners. This allows us to handle high demand and ensure smooth deliveries, even during periods of high pressure.
All our collaborations are carried out according to our quality requirements and internal guidelines. Production is continuously monitored to ensure good quality, responsible working conditions and respect for both people and materials.

I entered the wrong address in my order - can I change it?
Yes, it is okay to change the address. as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help you update the information.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address afterwards, as the package is already on its way with the carrier.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we always offer free shipping on all orders.
There are no shipping costs added at checkout – the price you see is the price you pay.
The delivery method is automatically selected based on your address to ensure the smoothest delivery possible, and the package is delivered primarily to your mailbox or door. If this is not possible, it will instead be delivered to the nearest agent.
Return & Satisfaction Guarantee
Can I return personalized socks?
Because the socks are made to your own design, they are normally not returnable.
BUT – if something goes wrong or you are not satisfied, contact us! We will always resolve the situation in the best way possible. 💙
I wrote the wrong name or uploaded the wrong picture - can I change my order?
Contact us directly!
If we have not started producing your order, we can usually change it without any problems.
What happens if something goes wrong in the print or production?
If something goes wrong in production – for example, the wrong motif, the wrong size, a printing error or if the product is damaged during delivery – we will of course replace you with a new pair at no cost.
Contact us within 48 hours from receiving your order and attach clear pictures showing the error, and we will help you further.
Miscellaneous
Do the socks work as a gift?
Absolutely! They are perfect as a personal gift – for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries or just to surprise someone you love. 🎁
How do I wash my socks?
Wash in 40°C and avoid tumble dryers to preserve the colors for as long as possible.
Can I get help creating my design?
Yes! If you have difficulty getting the image right, you can contact us and we will help you adjust it before printing.
