What if the print doesn't turn out well?+
Then we fix it. Send us a photo of the socks and we'll print a new pair or refund you. That's our reprint guarantee.
Which photo should I upload?+
A normal phone photo is enough: face straight towards the camera, daylight, not too far away. We cut out the face for you.
Can I see the socks before I pay?+
Yes. Once your photo is uploaded, you'll see your dog on the actual sock – in the colour and motif you choose – before you add it to your cart.
When will they arrive?+
We print within 1–2 days and ship with tracking straight to your mailbox. Today's estimated delivery date is shown at the top of the page. Before Christmas: order by the date shown there to get them in time.
Which size should I choose?+
EU sizes: S 30–35 · M 34–39 · L 38–43 · XL 42–47. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. Measured flat from heel to toe: M = 24 cm.
Where are the socks made?+
They're knitted and printed by our partner in Dongguan, China, after you order. The design, customer service and the company are Swedish.
Can I put several dogs on the same pair?+
Yes – up to four. Choose the number at the top and upload one photo per dog.
Material and care?+
66% bamboo viscose, 28% polyamide, 6% elastane. Reinforced heel and toe. Machine wash at 30 °C inside out, do not tumble dry.
Can I cancel or return?+
The socks are made from your photo, so they're exempt from the right of cancellation. But our reprint guarantee applies in full: if something's wrong, we reprint or refund you.
